The Tech­no­lo­gy and Start-up Cent­re (TGS) and new Inno­va­ti­on and Tech­no­lo­gy Cent­re for Digi­ta­li­sa­ti­on (ITZ) are the ide­al envi­ron­ment for boo­ming start-ups and for over 300 new com­pa­nies that have alre­a­dy sett­led here.

GOOD NEIGHBOURHOOD

Schö­ne­wei­de is impres­si­ve with its exci­ting and rela­xing sur­roun­dings. A varie­ty of recrea­tio­nal are­as such as Wuhl­hei­de, Königs­hei­de and Plän­ter­wald are loca­ted in the imme­dia­te vici­ni­ty. Ber­lin is gree­ner than you think – and Nie­der­schö­ne­wei­de is no exception.

AN ABUNDANCE TO DISCOVER

There’s ple­nty of inspi­ra­ti­on here as well – after all, the loca­ti­on of Berlin’s new crea­ti­ve indus­tries ori­gi­na­ted in the dis­trict and con­ti­nues to deve­lop. In Ober­schö­ne­wei­de, one of the lar­gest indus­tri­al monu­ments is being trans­for­med into a new, spec­ta­cu­lar art and cul­tu­ral cent­re. Around 400 artists and crea­ti­ves are alre­a­dy at work here and regu­lar­ly orga­ni­se art fes­ti­vals and joint exhibitions.

  • In the Rein­beck­hal­len event loca­ti­on the­re are ca. 5,000 m² con­ti­nu­al­ly available for various events and projects.
  • In Ate­lier­haus 79, the­re are 25 first-rate ate­liers that offer local and inter­na­tio­nal artists a home for the most diver­se forms of representation.
  • The­re are around 100 artists who work tog­e­ther in the crea­ti­ve con­sor­ti­um KAOS
